Paul E. Ehimen joined Cichlid Energy as Corporate Development Director . He graduated from the University of Benin with a degree in Industrial Physics and also holds a Master of Business Management (MBM) from Metropolitan London business school.

Mr Ehimen is an oil and gas professional specializing in business, commercial and local content development. He was previously the General Manager Business Development/ Strategy for Dressler Energy & Senior commercial advisor for PetroAfrique & has worked with various organizations (International & Indigenous) and has held senior local content development management positions for several years and also he is a director in Patbest resources Limited, Selah Marine Ltd, Mycatholicon Ltd.

He is a member of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) and a regularly invited local content expert speaker at International Seminars and Conferences.
