Stakeholder Engagement
We work closely with our stakeholders to understand their concerns and identify how to address them. We aim to avoid or reduce any adverse impacts and to manage those impacts that may be unavoidable.
Engaging with stakeholders from different backgrounds can be a challenging process. Various communication tools and a strategy is required to ensure all stakeholders are frequently consulted and their concerns and needs are included in the decision making process of project activities.
Cichlid Energy acknowledges the importance of engagement and buy-in from all of its stakeholders. A series of assessments and coordination meetings are periodically held to identify and prioritize concerns of stakeholders.
Engagement is a continuous process that is part of all our activities. Developing two-way communication leads to obtaining a social license to operate.
